Hello all!
Saturday the 21st of July (21/07/12) we will be having an English Costume Karaoke Party! We will have a bag of props to use when singing, but feel free to dress up!
We will meet at 23:00 / 11 at the Portland Ale House (Calle Salamanca, 10, Canovas), and at about 00:00 /12 we will go to Sala Lala Karaoke Bar (Calle de Mariano Ribera 33, Parque Del Oeste) for singing and dancing until late.
*note* We're not a language exchange event per say, but a group of expats (British, American, Irish, Aussie etc.) looking to make new friends. If however people want to exchange a language or two over a brew then the more the merrier, Spanish is especially welcome ;-).

I think having a karaoke party with an added theme will make the party extra memorable..Karaoke is a great way to get all your friends together..

ResponderEliminarI am a photographer based in London and I am planning a personal art project photographing British expatriates living in Europe. I am starting in Spain and I would love to include some of your members in my project.
The plan is to photograph and interview a variety of people showing the many sides of the British expatriate community. I want to tell the story of each person involved and show the UK audience what it is like to live in another country. Do you know anyone who would be interested in taking part? It will be a fun photoshoot and I can offer a large art print of the final image in return for your time.
